Access Accounting Consultancy (AAC) is a Bahrain based company that was setup in early 2010. AAC is dedicated to providing small, midsized and fast growing businesses the best outsourced accounting services. By equipping our clients with a full-serviced outsourced accounting department to handle everything from daily records keeping tasks to weekly, monthly and annual financial reporting, the clients get to focus on their core activities. Successful businesses are built and maintained by management focusing on activities that generate revenue. Hence AAC brings tremendous value to the table for these firms.

AAC is part of the “Al – Alawi Investment Group” a business empire that is owned by Mr. Tawfeeq Al Alawi who is also the Chairman.

Management Team

1. Mr. Tawfeeq Al Alawi
Mr. Tawfeeq Al-Alawi is the Founder and the Chairman of “Al-Alawi Investment Group” based in Bahrain. Since 1988, Mr. Al-Alawi has served His Royal Highness the Prime Minister, Prince Khalifa Bin Salman Al Khalifa as a Personal Secretary. Prior to this appointment Mr. Al Alawi spent a decade in Marketing Affairs with Gulf Air and has also worked within the Ministry of information. Mr. Al-Alawi is also a board member of The Bahrain Financial Exchange (BFX), and the BFX Clearing and Depository Corporation (BCDC) the first Multi-Asset exchange in the Middle East and North Africa. He is also the Chairman of Salmabad Petrol Station & Bahrain Investment House (BIH). He holds a Master of Science in Hospitality and a BA in Hospitality Management from the University of Sheffield, UK.
2. Mr. Dominic Francis
Mr. Dominic Francis is the Managing Director of AAC and is an industry veteran with over 23 years of experience in all aspects of accounting and financial management. He has continuously played a significant role in the development and growth of countless organizations here in Bahrain. He has tremendous exposure in Auditing, Budgeting, Fund Raising and other areas of Finance Management. He holds a dual degree (B.Sc/BA) in Advanced Accounting and Auditing. He also has majored in MBA with a specialization in Finance from the Vinayaka Mission Research Foundation, India. =
3. Mr. Nayef Al Alawi
Mr. Nayef is the Business Development Director of the group. He has completed his management studies in the UK and works full time with the group overseeing the founding and setting up new businesses, building inter-company relationships and continuously researches the market for new business ideas. He is one of the core team members of the Delmon Multimedia company and Local Restaurant Franchisees whose maiden venture was “Hey Hot Dog” restaurant. He has successfully launched a Rental car Business and is the managing director of “Royal Rent A Car” . He has also diversified his business experience in bringing exclusive regional agencies for US Company “ Torco International Corporation “ for Advanced Lubricants and racing fuels.
4. Mr. Seneth Fonseca
Mr. Seneth Fonseca is the Business Development Partner, he has been a consultant for several Organizations and Entrepreneurs ranging from Lounges to Movie Producers in Atlanta, New York, DC and Dallas. With over 5 years in the IT field he has modernized and streamlined the information systems of several organizations. He has built brand recognition by coordinating principled marketing campaigns and leveraging web 2.0 technologies to penetrate niche markets. Helping to transition management teams into Principle-Centered Leadership models to unlock there employees' potential has also been a key accomplishment. His experience is Complimented by an MBA from the AACSB accredited Richards College of Business (UWG), Carrollton, GA. Having grown up in Bahrain and Sri Lanka he brings a Unique Vision of Western Innovation coupled with Eastern Traditions.
5. Mr. Alejo R. Tiauzon
Alejo R. Tiauzon, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), is the Operations and Business Development Manager, with 36 units in Masters in Business Management (MBM) from the University of the Philippines. Has over 35 years work experience in the banking, insurance/pre-need, oil and gas maintenance contracting, education, trading (import), & passenger land transport industries/sectors. Practical experience in the accounting field involved the whole spectrum of activities from bookkeeping, finalization of accounts, costing, budgeting, financial statement analysis, investment, receivables & payables monitoring and analysis, cash flow analysis, etc.
